Join us for Celebrate UCI, our annual spring open house for newly admitted students!

The 2017 UCI Open Studios, taking place on Saturday, May 20th from 2-6PM, is an opportunity to visit the UCI campus and view the works of the current MFA students as we open our studios to the public.

Once on the UCI campus you will be welcomed to join us to celebrate the opening of the first of two MFA Thesis Exhibitions in addition to viewing works in progress from the entire 3-year MFA program in Art and Critical + Curatorial Studies.

Create objects of wonder!  Construct new works of art using a broad range of art-making techniques. 

Using different mediums and methods, students will spend the week working on a variety of mini projects that go beyond the average flat, construction paper collage.  The Academy will end in a final exhibition for family and friends (more details to be shared).  Supplies included with registration cost.
